The villa is situated in the exclusive Can Furnet urbanization in Jesus, 5 minutes from Ibiza town and Talamanca beach. The Villa is very secure with a 24-hour manned security gate and the use of private tennis courts and restaurants. In spite of its proximity to a town, the property is located on the edge of a nature reserve. In the surroundings, you will find a golf course. The famous clubs are approximately 4 km away. The sandy beach of Talamanca is located 3 km away.

The upper level of the villa contains three bedrooms with a shower and toilet.
