No. A contact form sends a message. This starts an actual search: an advisor reviews your requirements, searches on-market and off-market, and comes back with properties that fit: including ones you would not find yourself.
It goes to our team and is reviewed by Johnny, Barry or Giselle. We use it to search on your behalf and to contact you about it. Nothing else. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
No. ‘Just looking for now’ is one of the options and it is a perfectly normal answer. Knowing where you are in the process helps us pitch the conversation correctly.
Submitting a search costs nothing. If you go on to use Buyer Representation we will explain the fee structure clearly before you commit to anything.
