The ETV is the licence that makes a holiday rental legal in the Balearics. Renting without one carries substantial fines for the owner. Every villa in the Hoy Hoy Collection holds a valid ETV: we verify it before a property joins the collection.
Because listing them would misrepresent the market. Most long-term rentals on Ibiza are let through word of mouth before they are ever advertised. A public list would show you the leftovers. Registering a search gets you the rest.
