This website is operated by Melten Global Group S.L., which trades as Hoy Hoy Ibiza Real Estate. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Melten Global Group S.L., and "you" means anyone who visits or uses this website.
We are an estate agency and property marketing business based in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain. We represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and property owners, we market property on behalf of our clients, and we provide property management services. We do not sell goods through this website and there is nothing on it to buy, order or have delivered.

Where this website shows a map, the mapping, the aerial imagery and the location pin come from Google Maps. A pin shows an area rather than a boundary, and it should not be read as the legal extent of a plot.

Our material

Enquiries and your personal data
When you send an enquiry, book a viewing, request a valuation, submit a personal property search or sign up to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us and use them to answer you and to provide the service you asked for.
Enquiries are recorded in our customer relationship system, Zoho CRM, and newsletter signups are held in Mailchimp. How we handle personal data, the lawful grounds we rely on, how long we keep it and the rights you have are set out in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technology is set out in our Cookie Policy.
Please do not send us confidential documents or special category personal data through the enquiry forms on this website.

We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data, and a link is not a recommendation. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Availability of the website

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website are governed by the law of Spain. The courts of the Balearic Islands have jurisdiction, without affecting any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
