Today, Johnny advises national and international clients looking to buy, sell or invest in Ibiza. His expertise lies in luxury real estate, buyer representation, strategic property acquisitions and exclusive off-market opportunities. Working closely with homeowners, trusted suppliers and local professionals, she oversees every aspect of luxury property management, from maintenance coordination and inspections to owner support and day-to-day operations. Giselle López Costa
Born and raised in Spain, Giselle combines a modern, client-focused approach with practical real estate experience gained in Madrid, where she worked with buyers and sellers throughout the property transaction process. This experience gave her valuable insight into the Spanish residential property market and the importance of providing clear, professional guidance to every client.
Alongside her career in real estate, Giselle is studying Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Her legal background strengthens her understanding of Spanish property transactions and allows her to support both national and international clients with confidence and attention to detail.
As a Real Estate Consultant at Hoy Hoy Ibiza Real Estate, Giselle specialises in buyer representation, seller representation and international client services. Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, she is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering a personalised experience for every client.
